To reach your target audience effectively, you have to speak their language and leave them with a message that is music to their ears. Just ask Miami Children’s Hospital. Through Radio Lollipop, their in-house interactive radio station, the staff and volunteers at Miami Children’s Hospital bring young patients regular doses of laughter and fun. It is the  hospital’s way of comforting the little ones and their parents during hospitalizations that can be physically painful and emotionally challenging. Here's to Making a Difference!

Welcoming Back the School Supply Tax Holiday

Parents of school children, like myself, definitely missed the Florida sales tax holiday last year.  I was so excited to see that it’s back for 2010!  Check out all the items that will be tax-free from August 13 – 15.  And the timing is perfect, too.  I’m not one to wait until the last minute, so giving me a tax break two full weeks before school starts back is right up my alley.  With two kids in school and so many supplies to buy, a budget-conscious mom like me can really get fired up about this.
